Action Indoor Sports at Whitchurch
Dear Parents,
St. Josephine Class and St. Maximillian Kolbe Class will be going to Action Indoor Sports Centre at Whitchurch on Friday 19th September for a P.E. Workshop. We will be leaving the school at approx. 9.00am and returning to St. Patrick’s at about 12.15pm. It will be a really fun time!!
Children will need to bring:
- A packed lunch (No glass bottles or cans please) Lunch boxes may be used.
- Adequate drinks!
- PE Kit
You may contact your child at school in the event of an emergency.
The cost of the trip will be £2.00
Please fill in the consent form below, indicating your contact details for the day and any other medical information relevant to the trip, by Monday 15th September.
